Online registration is required through Team Sideline, our registration software. Please visit the following link to register: https://teamsideline.com/sites/greenheckturner/home. Those that already have a Team Sideline username & password, you may sign in and register using those credentials.  If you are new to Team Sideline, please create an account for yourself, add any children, then complete the registration.

Summer 2025 

Youth Summer Soccer - July 7th-August 14th.
Participants will be organized into teams and games will be scheduled on weekday evenings. Age 4, Kindergarten and 1st Grade levels will have practice time & a game built into their 1-hour time slot. 2nd Grade and older will play their game for the entire hour. Practices for these levels will be scheduled at the coach's discretion and could be held prior to a game or on a separate day/time than the scheduled game. Age 4 participants must turn 4 years old by July 7, 2025. $55 per participant. 
Monday-Thursday evenings, DC Everest Middle School Soccer Complex. 
Age 4-8th grade- participants must be 4 years old by July 7, 2025.  (Grade in Fall of 2025.) 
Registration opens February 18 and closes April 11.  Volunteer coaches needed.  

Summer soccer is the largest youth recreation program we offer.  Registration last summer had almost 900 kids.

Girls Rising Star Running Camp 

The DCE Rising Stars Girl's Running Camp is designed to increase confidence and empower young girls to build connections through running and movement patterns, endurance, strength & mobility activities, and health knowledge & skills.  Campers will participate in age & ability appropriate running activities & games, as well as interactive lessons valuing relationships and teamwork.  This program will be guided by current coaches and high school competitive runners. We will be serving snacks during this program and participants will be going off site during their runs, accompanied by the coaches. 

Dates: June 23 - 26  6:00 - 8:00 PM
Girls in 4th - 8th. Please sign up for the grade your daughter will be in Fall of 2025.

Spring 2025 

Adult Kickball
Come play a friendly Adult game of Co-Ed Kickball in the new Greenheck Turner Community Center Turf arena.  Participants will be divided into teams and will meet every Thursday night for a game.  The exact schedule will depend on registration numbers, but we plan on starting games at 6 PM.  This will be a recreational program, no score will be kept. All skill levels are welcome! Play with your friends! We will allow friend requests and if you have more than one, please email nbeppler@dce.k12.wi.us, to let us know who you would like to be paired with. 

Team Captains: we are asking individuals to volunteer to be a team captains. To help organize game strategies the night of.  This is a low commitment position.

Adult Introduction to Pickleball 
Monday, April 7, 2025 6:30-8:30 PM $10 per person
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country! It combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong to create a fun, leisure sport activity. Pickleball is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or ability. Join us for an exciting evening where we’ll cover the basic rules, scoring and fundamentals with the goal of playing games by the end of the class. Paddles and balls will be provided but participants are welcome to bring their own paddle if they have one. Pickleball is an active game so please dress in comfortable clothing and footwear.  This intro class is intended for adults who have not played before and are excited to learn!If you would like to learn about the game before the start of class, please visit this USA Pickleball site for a great introduction: https://usapickleball.org/what-is-pickleball/.

Log Rolling Class 

Join the Wisconsin River Rollers to learn how to log roll. Log rolling has been around for over 150 years. It started with historic river drives of logs down area rivers. Lumberjacks would ride the logs down the river to the sawmills.  You will learn the skills needed to log roll, getting in some physical activity, and have some fun in the pool! Must be able to swim a full length of the pool unassisted. No prior log rolling experience necessary!

Girls Volleyball- Sundays: April 6, 13, 27, and May: 4, 18.
Instruction will be provided by the D.C Everest coaching staff and players. The clinic is open to 3-6th Grade girls of any ability who wish to learn more about this exciting sport. Instruction will include basic skills, strategy and team play. Skills that will be taught include serving, passing, setting, blocking and defensive strategies. Participants will also be able to develop their skills in fun game-like situations. D.C. Everest Junior High

Adult Pickleball Ladder League 

Our spring ladder league is a fun way to meet new people and play competitively, regardless of your skill level. Your scores each week will determine if you move up or down the ladder. A schedule will be posted when you arrive each week. Before registering, please plan on committing to play the entire 5-week session as the ladder only works when everyone is present. Participants will play two sets of 3 games each night (6 total games). Scores after the first set of 3 games will determine movement either up or down the ladder. Then we will play 3 more games and the scores from those games will establish new ladder positions for play the following week. All games are played as doubles, but your scores will count individually for the ladder. Participants will play with a different partner each game.

Women's Pick Up Soccer - March 12, 19, 26 & April 2, 9, 16

Location- Indoor Turf Fields
Participants will play soccer games on any size field of their choosing.  We have options for 5v5, 7v7 and 11v11 size fields.  Pinnies and balls will be provided.  There are no referees so you will call your own fowls.  this is rec pick-up soccer, no scores will be kept.  Keep it fun and respectful. 


Drop in Adult Pickleball- January 22, 29 February 5, 12, 19 Every Wednesday
Price- $8.00 at the door

Description- Play pickleball with other adults every Wednesday morning for 5 weeks. All skill levels are welcome. Bring your paddles! We provide the balls and nets.

Our Men’s pick-up basketball program is a fun way to enjoy the game of basketball, meet new people, and staying active while playing the sport that you love. Participants will play in pick-up games on a 5v5 court. You can choose to go half or full court (depending on attendees). There will be no refs so you will call you own fouls. Pinnies will be provided, and you must sign the waiver when you arrive. No score will be kept. Keep the games fun and respectful!

Winter/Spring 2025

Senior Golf- 

Our winter golf simulator league is a fun way to meet new people and work on your golf skills. Each week you will play a different course in the golf simulators. This League is for 55+ adults. Each individual will play 1 round (9 holes) for 2 hours. There will be 4 individuals per simulator, and you will rotate between each turn. You will report you score at the end of each day. Scores will be tallied up at the end of each session. Fee: $45/person. 8:00-10:00 AM

Come play a family-oriented game of kickball in the new Greenheck Turner Community Center Turf. Participants will be divided into teams and will meet every Tuesday night for a game. The exact schedule will depend on registration numbers, but we are planning on games starting at 6 PM. This is a recreational program; no score will be kept. Program communications will be sent via Team Sideline email. Please reference our Friend Request & Team Formation Policy if you wish to make a friend request this season. All requests must be mutual. $45 per participant

Walk A Marathon- January 8th - March 12th, Wednesday's - 6:00 - 8:00 PM
You have 10 weeks to complete 26. 2 miles on the Greenheck Turner Community Center's new walking track. Registered participants laps will be tracked during the duration of the program.  You will receive a medal upon completion.  Benefits of walking include improvements to your cardiovascular health, bone strength and mental health.

Future Lacrosse Heroes-January 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 20 & February 4, 6, 11, 13 (Tuesdays/Thursdays) (CLOSED)

Introductory skills/drills along with weekly small sided lacrosse 4v4 games.  No prior experience is required. 
With limited equipment needed, and sticks provided, why not give it a try? $45.00 per child.

Girls Basketball Skills & Drills- January 4,18, 25 & Feb 1, 8 (CLOSED)
Skills practice is necessary for all players, regardless of age and ability. This program will be run as a clinic/camp with coaches providing instruction on the fundamentals of the game. We'll also introduce game play in the older levels. Instruction will be led by the D.C. Everest high school coaching staff and players.

Sixes Lacrosse League- Feb. 2, 16, 23 March 2 (No February 9th) (CLOSED)

Experience the first Olympic 6's style Lacrosse League in the area!  Come and be a part of the fast paced and exciting style of lacrosse on Sunday's in February and March! Its a perfect opportunity for players to get sticks back in their hands, regain their speed, connect with teammates and increase awareness and agility in preparation for the season.

SNAG GOLF 

Open to Boys & Girls in 3rd - 5th Grade
We are excited to offer a SNAG golf classes this winter! SNAG stands for “Starting New At Golf” and is a fun game that is easy to learn and can be played virtually anywhere. SNAG contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form. Falling somewhere between mini-golf and regulation golf, SNAG allows for full shots, pitching, chipping and putting. It is a proven learning & training tool for entry-level golfers and those just looking to have fun!

Classes will be taught by PGA Professional Buck Welsh. SNAG has its own unique set of equipment, suitable for indoor play, and all equipment is provided as part of the lessons. Family Programs

Tyke Time on the Turf 
TIME: 9:00-10:00 AM
Roll, bounce, jump and giggle your way around the turf during our Thursday Tyke Time. Each week your tot will find different and fun ways to express themselves through play. Socks are required. Great for 18 months to 4 years. Registration Required. 

Cooking with Sparkles
Class fee is $30 per child per class. 
All ingredients, equipment and utensils are provided and left overs are sent home. Registration is required. 
2nd Tuesday of each month (April – September) 5:00-6:00 PM
Ages 3-14 years old – children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration minimum of 5 and maximum of 15. Registration deadline 1 day prior (Monday by 5:00 PM.)


MESS MAKERS 
Great for kids age 2-5.  Pre-registration is required.  $15.  
Did you know it’s ok to make a mess? GTCC wants to put your kids to the test by calling all mess makers. Each session will dive into the messy arts of glitter, slime, finger painting, play doh and so much more. You might want to bring a change of clothes!

Storyland Crafts
Imaginations grow with enormous tales of spooky underwater creatures, brave and daring knights, authors with tongue twisting stories that take you to magical lands and stories that bring us back in time.  So, pull up a carpet square, let minds wander and hands create during Storyland Crafts.  Open to children ages 3 - 14 years old. Parent/guardian can choose to drop off their child in the classroom or participate but MUST remain in the building. Class fee is $15 per child.  Pre-registration is required.  All classes take place at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

Tournaments

Rib Mountain Rampage- Lacrosse Tournament - March 1, 2025 (CLOSED)
The first Olympic 6's style lacrosse tournament in the area for high school level players!  Come experience this fast paced and exciting style of lacrosse on Saturday, March 1, 2025.  It is a perfect opportunity for players to get back in the mix, regain their speed, connect with teammates and increase awareness/agility as the 2025 season begins. Separate divisions will be offered for Girls Varsity, Girls JV, Boys Varsity, Boys JV with all teams guaranteed 3 games of at least 40 minutes of play.  Expect energized, intense competition as players face off 6 v 6 in (4) 8-minute quarters.  One draw per quarter and play continues with a goalie's clear following a goal.  This keeps the game running at full speed, providing real game experience with maximum player touches.
Who: Girls Varsity & JV, Boys Varsity & JV
Roster Size: 8 to 14 players per team
Fee: $500 per team if registered by 12/31/24.  $600 per team for registrations received after the deadline.

Limited space is available in each division so register early to ensure a spot for your team!

All games will be played at the new Greenheck Turner Community Center, Wisconsin's premier indoor facility.  Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of (3) 25-minute games and all games will be played in a 6 hour time block.

In this clinic we will focus on learning basic skills and fundamentals of soccer. Enhance the confidence and refresh your young player's skills before the indoor season starts. Foster an understanding of the basic rules of the game. This program is open to any little soccer star that would like to work on their soccer skills. Cost: $20 This program will be run by seasoned players with a love for soccer.

Speed & Performance Camps- Three sessions (CLOSED)
Three continuous 6-week sessions for boys and girls 4K-8th grade. Lead by a dedicated team of experts on staff with years of service, training, and expertise behind their sport.  These experts will be dedicating their time to youth in the area with various camps, clinics, and program opportunities.  This program will offer a wide range of movement patterns that will include flexibility, mobility, power, strength, and speed.  
Registration fee: $55.00 per session per student.

If your child is interested in learning more about the game of Lacrosse, this is the perfect opportunity.  Come to our 1 Day "Learn Lacrosse for Free" clinic. We will be working on cradling, shooting, individual skill development and conditioning.  We will have a limited amount of sticks available to use during the clinic.  This program is open to boys and girls in 1st - 8th Grade

Format: Our boys basketball skills & drills program is a wonderful way to introduce your son to the sport of basketball.  The Skills & Drills program is for boys Age 4 - 2nd grade in Fall 2024 (not current grade). We will meet each Saturday morning with the DC Everest high School Boys Basketball Coaches and Players leading the fun! 

Registration deadline is Friday September 6th and any registration taken after the deadline will receive a $10 late fee.

Run & Play Cross Country Event- Saturday, September 28, 2024 Come Run & Play with the DCE Cross Country team for some great Fun & Fitness!  The run starts at noon with fun games to follow. This one day event is open to all skill levels.

  • 2-3rd Grade will run 800M
  • 4-5th Grade will run 1 Mile

Flag Football (Fall)

Flag football is offered for boys and girls in grades 3-6th grade.  Teams are divided by grade and learn the fundamentals and rules related to football. When registering, please consider volunteering to coach your child's team. The DCE Varsity football team players help referee games and have been very helpful on Saturday mornings teaching kids as the games are played.

Registration begins in late summer and is closed at this time. Late registrations may be accepted, depending on availability.

Girls Recreation Basketball League (Fall) We are excited to offer a Recreation basketball league for girls attending 3-6th grade. When registering, please consider volunteering to help coach or help as an assistant coach for your daughter’s team.  Your help is important to the success of the program!  Volunteer coaches are needed for all teams.

Fall Outdoor Soccer (Fall) Fall soccer is open to boys & girls age 4 - 5th grade. Participants will be divided into teams and will meet for one hour each Sunday for skills practice followed by a soccer game. No soccer experience is necessary. All participants are required to wear shin guards.  

REGISTRATION: $40 CLOSED 
WHEN: Fall of 2024 will be released in the summer of 2024. The exact schedule will depend on registration numbers.  Noon - 5:00 pm in one hour time slots.

Youth Speed Camp (June) 

Second session of camp begins this June. Participants in the Youth Speed Camp will learn skills and techniques that will improve their running form and speed. Taught by experienced coaching staff with more than 50 years of combined experience.  This speed camp will be divided into two sessions, based on grade.
