Les Mills BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout.  Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal goals. Major muscle groups are worked via a series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, dead lifts. The focus is towards muscle endurance using several repetitions.  A normal class consists of 10 tracks, each lasting between 4 and 6 minutes. Due to the nature of the program, maximum heart rate (MHR) increases in different phases. In addition, the aerobic capacity changes are based on music selection beats per minute (BPM).

ZUMBA
Zumba fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  Participants achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.

Our instructors show you how to set up a bike and will give options to match your own fitness level. Maybe start with four or five tracks and build up to a full class. Your fitness will race ahead in no time.  RPM™ is our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories* a workout and get fit fast.  Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time.

Yoga For EVERY Body
While there is a lot to learn, discover, and explore in the tradition of yoga, it is best to start simple and not let yourself be overwhelmed.  We'll focus on the fundamentals such as...
1. Learning how to breathe and using breathing techniques to open your breath and entire body for optimal health.
2. How to meditate and set intentions
3. Use basic and beginning level postures with correct alignment
4. End with Savasana (relaxation pose)
Throughout the practice there will be teacher demonstrations as well as hands-on corrections.  We'll introduce partner poses and a few games.  Soft music is played 85% of the class. Regardless of your knowledge this will be a great class to try and see yourself bloom!

STRONG
STRONG by Zumba®combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.  In each class you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

PiYO
PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat. Choreographed sequences that are sped up to maximize results provide PiYo participants with a fun routine to master while listening to upbeat, motivating music. Besides a yoga mat (and maybe a towel to wipe your brow), there is no additional equipment used during a PiYo class. Participants actually incorporate their own body weight into a series of dynamic moves.

Les Mills Body Balance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Barre
BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute ballet workout that’s designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet routines, with modern music, our at home barre workout is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

HIIT
30 minutes of non-stop movement. Short bursts of high intensity effort will be combined with lower intensity periods of active rest to improve your cardiorespiratory system and overall fitness level. Both high impact and low impact modifications will be available to provide an effective workout for all fitness levels.

Full Body Bootcamp
Full Body Bootcamp: a 50 minute workout designed to strengthen the entire body. No two workouts will be the same, but each class will leave you feeling stronger. A variety of weights and equipment will be used to target each major muscle group.

Les Mills BodyCombat
This is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

TRX
This class features circuit style blocks using the TRX Suspension system. It delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance. This class will be held in Studio B across from the normal group exercise room.

Sweaty Power Flow: In a heated studio, we will move through our sequences at a faster pace while focusing on building strength and endurance. Though this style's focus isn't on the more spiritual side of yoga, it will leave your mind, body, and soul feeling challenged and disciplined. An excellent way to burn calories and purify.

Yin Yang Yoga: Make the most of your time mixing both dynamic and restful elements of yoga. This style represents a balance of opposing but complementary energy forces. Yin is grounded Earth energy (internal) associated with deeper stretching and calming the nervous system, while Yang is dynamic and warming energy (external), associated with action and movement. Join me wrapping up the day with the best of both practices!
