Facility Rental

Any individual or entity may rent the space for their desired use - if available. 
You will see this facility is affordable and comparable to others in the state.  
Each user group will need to provide insurance, sign appropriate waivers and establish an online account/portal for booking and payments. 

All facility booking requests submitted from this website must be made at least 1 business day in advance of intended use and will be reviewed as soon as possible.  Requests made outside of office hours (ex. weekends, etc) may experience additional delays.  You will receive a confirmation email. The facility is not officially reserved until you receive this email. The contact person provided in the booking request must be over the age of 18 years and agree to all provided facility rules, regulations and conditions of use.

Maximum number of hours per day is 4 hours using the online portal. Any rentals needing more than 4 hours must contact Meghan Meyer at

Payment is required in-full at the time that the invoice is confirmed. Cash, check or Visa/Mastercard are accepted forms of payment.

D.C. Everest School District facilities are available, for a fee, to members of the general public. All facility reservations are scheduled through the Greenheck Turner Community Center. Complete our Facility Rental Application to request use of D.C. Everest School District facilities.  Submit completed forms to Meghan Meyer at 

Most organizations find success when booking large practice space, to invite more than 10 people into the space during the hour.  

Fees update September 1, 2023

Turf fees, sport simulator packages and meeting room spaces will be available by the end of the year, so organizations can begin to book and plan the 2024 year.  Turf fees are set one year ahead, based on research, committee recommendation and user input.
