Fitness Center/Studio

The Fitness Center is available:
4:30am - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday
6:30am - 10:00pm, Saturday & Sunday

This spacious center offers high quality equipment with a variety of bikes, treadmills, free weights, and weight machines. Personal training and group accountability are available for those who would like extra assistance and motivation while achieving your personal best. Fitness Memberships are available to anyone with no restriction on residence. Complimentary Fitness Center Orientation Sessions at GTCC the first Thursday of every month from 6-7 pm with Chuck or the second Monday/Wednesday of every month from 9-11 am with Carson. Memberships can be purchased online. Membership cards and door access should be picked up at the Front Desk, in the Lobby during normal business hours.

Picture ID cards will be issued to all members, and all will be expected to scan in at each use. Clean, dry athletic shoes must be worn in the Fitness Center and on the Racquetball Courts.  Members can sign up for a free Fitness Center Orientation. 

Appropriate athleisure wear should be always worn. A shirt or tank top with either athletic shorts or pants must be always worn. There is a $5.00 replacement fee for damaged, lost or stolen picture ID Cards.

DCE students are allowed to be in the Fitness Center after school with school supervision and do not need a membership. Students should only be in the Fitness Center during the school day with school supervision. Children age 16-18 need to have a parent’s permission.

Personal Training 

Chuck Zoromski and Carson Laffin are available for one-on-one personal training at GTCC.  Each offers a unique option for exercise and strength training.  Sessions start at $40.  Chuck is NASM certified in Personal Training and has experience with boxing and meditation.  Carson is certified as a NASM personal trainer, with a degree in health and minor in health.  Carson is also an experienced Body Builder and Nutrition Coach.
